When this machine crashes it sets the time/date to somewhere in 2040 (battery thing i guess). When I started SC again after crashing i forgot (or actually was too lazy) to reset my time and date -- and suddenly my license was expired. I reset the time/date to today, but SC doesn't accept my license code anymore (although it should expire in june). I threw away the authorisation prefs, but that doesn't help. What should I do? cheers, Wouter - - - - - - - - - - - -|- - - - - - - - - - - Wouter Snoei | Studio W. Snoei Bakkummerstraat 13a | J.H. v. Once the date goes past your expiration, it is expired. Setting the clock back will not work. The only solution I found was to reset the clock and use the next authorization code, or to reinitialize the hard drive. davdi the question is more important than the answer. (used pbinds all the way) no protools or other audio programz. the pict isn't me, nor is it my dog. if anyone wants the code (or has a fast machine and wants to help me mix) just let me know. Thanks in advance for your time and enjoy. - -m p.s. the server is in my apt, and it's a compaq 133- so if it's busy or really freakin' slow, please try again later. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Kyma uh? well Kima is very nice and extremely versatile, too bad ($$) you need to get the capibara (sp?) that cost a few Gs by itself, but i guess it's well worth it. i really enjoyed the presentation of the new version that mz. Scaletti did at seamus tihs year. Velvety cool was the $9,000 keyboard that they were using.. Maybe James got inspired to incorporate some ideas into sc..
